This tool fetches all subscription contracts directly from the Subi API and synchronizes the local RawSubiContract table. It exists only for disaster recovery, initial setup, or resolving missed webhooks.
Note: This process does NOT match contracts to journeys, trigger queue operations, or affect live subscriptions. It is purely a data ingestion task.
